RRGRun - The RED

Bring the family out and take a 5k tour around Americus!  Enjoy some paved roads as well as gravel then come back in for good old fashioned gravel hospitality!  Grab some treats from Hostess Brands, hydration from Skratch Labs and help us cheer in fellow runners!  Stay a little longer for the Finishers of the Cyclists!  Enjoy the morning!

I can not get you onto much gravel in 5k's.  I can show you the town of Alma! My hope for the 5k is you enjoy the challenge of a good quick run, walk, jog in the Kansas July c morning air and stick around to cheer on the 10k runners and the bike riders.  Enjoy the town park, playground and hospitality.

The Rock Ridge Gravel crew has got you!  You will have FOUR "gravel depot" stations on your gravel intercity exploration.  PLUS, there is a gas station serving as a FIFTH gravel depot.  BRING MONEY for this.  Located in the last 75% of the route...where you need it. Trust me.   Extra HYDRATION only stations will be placed every 15'ish miles through the final 40 miles.  RRG has your back.  Depot Stations will have Hydration including Skratch Labs, anti cramp juice like Pickle Juice and nutrition choices.  If you are picky...bring your own!

For safety sake there will also be a roaming Jeep crew equipped with water.
